All prints are custom printed to order. We do not accept returns for any items unless they are damaged in transit.

All prints leave us in perfect condition, rolled in heavy duty postal tubes. In the unlikely event of an item arriving having been damaged in transit, please advise us within 2 working days by emailing abstractaerialart@gmail.com and follow one of the two steps below:

If the tube is obviously damaged on delivery, please DO NOT accept.

If your print arrives damaged, please take a clear photograph of the damage. Then, tear the print in half, take another photograph and email both images as proof to abstractaerialart@gmail.com.

Any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to replace your order.
Please note, Abstract Aerial Art Ltd accepts no liability for damage caused whilst unpacking or unrolling your print.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We offer free shipping worldwide on all orders.
​
All prints will be shipped, rolled in a heavy-duty postal tube and are fully tracked. We will inform you of your tracking number once dispatched by email.

We aim to dispatch all prints within 5 working days. However, this may be longer at busy times of the year.
​
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
We have fulfilment in the UK, USA and the European Union. This means orders shipping to customers in the UK, USA or EU will not face additional import charges. We automatically route fulfilment based on the shipping destination.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside these regions, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
​Once orders have been shipped, depending on its destination, the parcel will enter the intended countries internal postal system. We are unable to influence these postal services once this happens, however, we will do our best to help resolve any delays in the parcel reaching its intended shipping address.​

If an order is sent back to us in the UK due to a customer not being able to receive the item(s), they will be liable for all costs incurred.

Please also be advised that during holiday periods (eg. Christmas, Thanksgiving etc) it may take slightly longer to receive your order. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
