REFUNDS & RETURNS:

We do not accept returns for any items unless they are damaged in transit. All prints are custom printed to order.

In the unlikely event of an item arriving having been damaged in transit, please advise us within 2 working days by emailing abstractaerialart@gmail.com and provide photographic evidence of the damaged tube and/or print.

All prints leave us in perfect condition, in heavy duty postal tubes unless otherwise stated. Please do not accept delivery of an item which is obviously damaged in transit. Any delay in reporting damage caused in transit may affect our ability to replace your order. 

Please destroy the print by cutting it into pieces and send us photographic evidence of the destroyed print by emailing abstractaerialart@gmail.com

Please note, Abstract Aerial Art Ltd accepts no liability for damage caused whilst unpacking or unrolling your print

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

All prints are shipped from the UK.

Free shipping worldwide.

All prints will be shipped in a heavy-duty postal tube and are fully tracked. We will inform you of your tracking number.

We aim to dispatch all prints within 5 working days. However, this may be longer at busy times of the year.

You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. 

Once orders have been shipped from the UK, depending on its destination, the parcel may enter the intended countries internal postal system. We are unable to influence these postal services once this happens, however, we will do our best to help resolve any delays in the parcel reaching its intended shipping address.

If you order products from our site for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If an order is sent back to us in the UK due to a customer not being able to receive the item(s), they will be liable for all costs incurred.

Please also be advised that during UK Bank Holidays and busy periods such as Christmas, it may take slightly longer to receive your order. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.
